DLNR Administration Building Site Assessment

This project involved the planning and design of a new administration and base yard facility for the Department of Land and Natural Resources.  Off-site Design included design of roadway improvements of Kealakehe Parkway, calculations of water demand and sizing of mains from proposed site to Queen Kaahumanu Highway, and design of water main from proposed site to Queen Kaahumanu Highway.  On-site Design included conceptual grading, mass grading and fine grading, conceptual drainage for overall project site, conceptual layout for sewer, design of sewer pump station in conjunction with mechanical and electrical engineers, and design of driveways, fire lanes, and parking lots.
