Honoapiilani Highway

Due to lapsing federal funds, this project was placed on an aggressive time schedule.  Through extensive follow-up with various agencies and the firm's vast knowledge on working on federally funded projects, the project was completed within the given budget and time frame.  Improvements included preliminary engineering work for the design of specs, special provisions, proposal schedule and construction cost estimate, installation of rumble strips on center line and shoulders, pavement markings, signing, guardrail improvements and development of a traffic management plan.
