Kamehameha Schools Utility Inventory

Kamehameha Schools Utility Inventory involved an update on the utility inventory for the entire Kapalama Campus, supplemented with a Condition Assessment recommending immediate, short-term and long-term utility replacements and/or improvements.  Project highlights included update utility including water, drainage, sewer, gas, power, telephone, cable, television, fire alarm system, public announcement system, above ground piping and structures at reservoir sites.  In addition, assess extent of CCTV and man hole inspections, inventory "abandoned" water mains, water appurtenances, valves, fire hydrants, backflow preventers, and pressure relief valves.
