Keauhou Development Water Agreement & Master Plan
Water Agreement portion included the review of previous studies and agreements relevant to the project, assist the client in negotiating the transfer of existing water credits to other parcels, amendment of the water agreement for the Keauhou Resort Land Use Plan, assist client in obtaining board approval, and establish water system improvements required for the Keauhou Resort Master Plan.
Water Master Plan included the documentation of the current North Kona Water System and operation by the Department of Water Supply. Maps and a schematic elevation diagram were prepared utilizing information obtained from site visits. Work included the preparation of a water budget, water system, facilities master plan, as well as consideration of a hydraulic model based on a project demands and development phasing.
