KSBE Hawaii Kai Preliminary Engineering Assessment

This project involved the engineering services to investigate the capacity and limitations of the existing infrastructure including water, sewer, and drainage and to determine order of magnitude costs of construction to develop the sites of Kamehameha Schools Hawaii Kai Parcels: Kuapa and Kalama.  Other tasks included investigate and determine site development including roadway, drainage, sewer, water to the site, and rough layout of roadways and utilities.
