Lualai Subdivision
The Lualai Subdivision had three phases which included 296 residential units. The project involved the design of infrastructure to support the ultimate residential development. It was a part of the Parker Ranch 2020 Plan Development. Challenges included offsite roadway improvements, UXO (unexploded ordnance) mitigation, relocation of an existing 18-inch irrigation line, demolition of an existing open irrigation reservoir, phasing sewer facilities from the existing "overland" mains to the permanent sewer system, and a new sewer pump.
