Parker Ranch Water Master Plan

The purpose of this project was to establish a master plan water system improvements necessary to serve the proposed Parker Ranch 2020 Plan development in Kamuela, island of Hawaii.  The water system improvements will furnish potable water to the proposed developments.  The improvements included deep well pumps, treatment facilities and pipelines.  The water system is connected as an integral part to the County of Hawaii Department of Water Supply's system.
