Puukapu Pastoral Lots Water System

This project included water system improvements required to service the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands Puukapu residential and pastoral lots.  Improvements included three 50,000 gallon tanks, two booster pump stations, site improvements, and design of 71,300 linear feet of 3", 6" and 8' transmission mains.  Improvements also included static fire tanks situated throughout the pastoral environs and the drafting of a water credits agreement between the Department of Water Supply and the State of Hawaii.
