Seascape Wastewater Treatment Plant

In 2017, Aqua Engineers was approached by the Lokahi Apartments and Seascape Development Association (AOAO) to operate its existing Seascape Wastewater Treatment Plant.  Since taking over operations, several deficiencies were identified which led to the development of this project.  Project highlights included the evaluation and assess the existing wastewater treatment plant and identify potential problems, coordinate with team for discipline specific recommendations, develop a ranking criteria to evaluate the proposed improvements, and prepare a planning study compiling information, including 0% construction costs.
