Waimanalo Bay Park Master Plan

This project involved the master planning for the Waimanalo Bay Park.  Programming included 4 softball fields, more campsites, additional parking, allowance for good tailgating for field sport areas, base yard for DPR equipment, materials to service the entire Waimanalo area, and field sport lighting upgrades.  Highlights included design of new waterlines to service the proposed improvements, analysis of existing water system, calculation of water demands, field reconnaissance, evaluation of master plan for civil improvements and conceptual cost estimates.
